The "Get Up to $2,500 in Solana Beach Area Gift Cards" program is simple: Buy or sell a house, condo or other property with Dean Rooke and Paul Stokes of the Jake May Team. Following are a few other details:
- Dean Rooke and/or Paul Stokes must represent you as either a listing agent or buyer's agent throughout a completed and successful real estate transaction. In other words, you must buy or sell a property through us.
- Our real estate commission must be 2.5% or more; if less, Dean Rooke and Paul Stokes will determine gift card amount, if any.
- Following is the amount of gift cards you will receive:
- Home value is under $250,000 = $500 in gift cards
- Home value is between $250,001 and $500,000 = $750 in gift cards
- Home value is between $500,001 and $2,000,000 = $1,000 in gift cards
- Home value is over $2,000,001 = $2,500 in gift cards
- Program may end at any time without notice (if you are currently working with Dean or Paul the program will be honored). Gift cards may change depending on availability.
- To enroll in this program, simply mention "The Gift Card Program" when you begin working with Paul or Dean. It's that easy!
